||1. Manage product deployment for new customers, assisting in technical implementation and to embed it in their customer support and marketing processes.
2. Train new customers how to use the product in their support and marketing channels.
3. Monitor new deployments’ performance and help new customers to optimize the product’s usage.
4. Working with SMB customers and enterprise customers.
5. Maintain ongoing relations with customers - initiate periodic calls and emails, solve difficulties, maintain customer's recognition in the values of the product, enhance product usage and suggest upgrades.
