Job Description   Throughout the EU, Value Added Tax is charged on various transactions.

This includes your stay at a hotel, rental of exhibition space, services or supplies provided by EU suppliers and the importation of goods, to name but a few.

What we are looking for

Looking for Meeting Coordinators who will be responsible for arranging meetings between prospective clients (CEO’s, CFO’s and Tax Directors) and our Salespeople.
The meeting coordinator will set up the meeting for our salespeople to attend in their respective country.

The individual will gain International experience in the Financial Services Industry with ongoing training and exposure to high level executive’s worldwide.

We are looking to hire: English, French and German speakers.

The individual will have the flexibility to work from home and can choose to work any 4 hours a day, amounting to 80 hours a month.
Additional hours can be done at the employee’s discretion.

Job Specification

Ideally, the Meeting Coordinator must have the following characteristics:

Well spoken
Ability to communicate on an executive level
Dealing with CFO’s, Financial Directors, VP of TAX etc.
Excellent telephone etiquette/skills
Exceptionally comfortable with and confident in telephonic interactions

Excellent communication skills
Ability to present facts orally in a logical, meaningful manner
Sales experience, preferably telesales and cold-calling
Persistence and perseverance, especially when faced with rejection
Outgoing / Go-getter
Computer literate
Good organization and/or coordination skills
Able to think on the spot
Application of knowledge and training

Short-listed candidates will be contacted to arrange an interview. Interviews will take place on 27 and 28 October in Jerusalem.
