Job Title   Chief Financial Officer  
 
Job Description   1.Ensure correct financial management, including financial analysis, cash & investments management & internal auditing
2.Overall responsibility for relations with banks, investments companies & the Group treasury service, acting in compliance with the policies in force within the Group
3.Responsible for the group companies in Israel for the civil & fiscal balance sheets
4.Management & oversight of the financial department staff in charge of the financial & accounting activities
5.Develop & implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures in the group in Israel and in 13 Selling Units abroad
6.Ensure compliance with all procedures stated by ASSA ABLOY Group as well as of international accounting standards in company entities
7.Develop the company and the Region budget & short - long term plans to ensure management of auditing, controlling activities in compliance with plans & strategic directions from the Group
8.Provide periodic reports as required by the Group and by the authorities
9.Analyse operating margins, perform special reports & analysis to provide consultative support to planning initiatives

Requirements:

1.Process the economic & financial data to enable business control
2.Lead the Israeli Region projects related to restructuring & investments
3.Responsible to lead acquisition process from decision to Closing
4.Define the strategic lines of the IT development & lead the team to execution of plans within deadlines
5.Responsible for compliance of special procedures such as: Export Control

Education & Professional skills:

1.Graduate in Economics or Accounting.
2.Minimum of 7 years experience with similar responsibility.
3.Proven experience in a similar role in a Global Group
4.Knowledge of local and international accounting standards
5.Experience in strategic planning and execution
6.Knowledge and experience in IT.
7.Experience from a Manufacturing company - advantage
8.Fluent in English- Must. Other European language - advantage

Personal Abilities:

Possess high level of drive, decision making and analytic skills
An excellent communicator who can explain complicated financial concepts to business leaders across the region
Commercial experience and insight
Prepared to travel to company's Selling Units and occasionally to EMEA
