||The position requires handling Customer Support inquiries by live-chat, phone calls and emails.
This is NOT a forex/binary optons/gambling company.
• Mother-tongue level English or Hebrew or French or Japanese
• Good verbal and written skills
• Good knowledge of computers, Internet searching and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be available Full Time 4-5 days per week
• Must be available for a long-term commitment
The position is on changing shifts:
Morning: 8:45am-5:00pm, Israel time
Evening: 4:30pm-12:00am, Israel time
Night: 12:00am-9:00am, Israel time
