Job Description   Work At Home Position!

Looking for Customer Service Representatives for an online retail store focusing on the U.S. market.

You’ll be working for an Israeli corporation, with full benefits.

Starting pay is 37 NIS/hour, plus monthly performance-based bonuses.

Native English speakers only, preference given to North American accents.

Work is FULL TIME only!
Sunday through Thursday, 3:45 PM to 11:45 PM (Israel time).

The company is looking for tech-savvy, detail-oriented employees who love working with people.

The job includes:

Answering phones in a clear, friendly manner;
Writing emails with proper English grammar and an upbeat tone;
Entering Data quickly and accurately;
Handling irate customers with diplomacy and tact;
Dealing with issues in a proactive manner;
Learning new computer programs quickly.

This is a work-at-home position so we do require the applicant to have:

A 10 Mbps hardline internet connection
A quality headset
A quiet work space
An up-to-date computer.
