The position includes installation, training, and on-site testing and support using remote tools.
This is a full-time position in Tel-Aviv that requires occasional travel to Europe.
• Fluent French
• Thorough knowledge of networking and OS
• MCSE/ MCP certification or relevant university degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of English
• Service awareness
• Ability to work under pressure
• SQL server knowledge – Advantage
• Relevant experience in technical customer service – Advantage
