Job Title		Billing Specialist

Job Description		Key roles and responsibilities Input large volume advertising campaign information into platform paying particular attention to detail and accuracy. Provide quality assurance service for data entry, manage and report local billing information. Manage clients’ relations in all billing aspects. Assure price offering on agreements can be implemented in the billing system. Support Sales, partners and customers with billing reporting. Reporting analysis of accounts or defined regions. Assist team leader during monthly. Requirements Ability to multitask, while providing a high level of service. Highly motivated, able to work independently. High level of quality awareness and attention to detail. Able to analytically identify and troubleshoot problems. Excellent communication with clients and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel High level of English + other Spanish/Chinese (advantage). Experience with SAP system ( advantage) Able to work in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritize workload. Bachelor’s degree in related field (advantage)
