Job Description   Our established binary options company is hiring English-speaking affiliate managers to join our dynamic company in Tel Aviv. This position involves identifying, selecting and managing affiliate partners to promote our online campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new affiliates:

--Research
--Contact
--Negotiate
--Close the deal
--Maintain the deal

• Analyze performance and implement improvements to meet Affiliates’ online marketing objectives
• Provide support to Affiliates, understand their needs and provide solutions in real time
• Retain Affiliate relationships through exceptional customer service
• Analyze profitability of Affiliate campaigns

Requirements:

• Excellent English, French or German (strong verbal and written communication skills), multiple languages is an advantages
• Experience in Affiliate Management a MUST
• Strong computer skills, internet savvy
• Experience in sales is preferable
• Strong people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Advanced in Excel
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
• Highly motivated, energetic, goal oriented
• Able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
• Business development skills
• Able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Available for full-time work: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00-19:00
