||A company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the CS team.
The Position includes:
Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone / e-mail / application tickets
Order anti-fraud review and screening
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Quick learning skills
Highly motivated service oriented, multitasking, organized, detailed, responsible, precise and committed.
Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
English mother tongue level, other languages are an advantage
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
At least 2-3 years experience as service customer support person
Minimum 5 shifts a week, work from home and office on weekends when required. – Must be able available to work morning, evening and night shifts – High availability a must.
Flexibility a must
