Job Description   a. Upload business opportunities to the CRM system and orders to the ERP system
b. Administration work : issue order confirmations, invoices, collection
e. Daily interface with clients and other departments – Finance, logistics, Operations, Planning
d. Data analysis, reports

Qualities Required:

- English – mother tongue level. Other languages are huge advantage (French/Italian).
- Office applications - MUST
- Common sense
- Responsible, accurate , thorough
- Ready to listen and learn, comfortable with numbers and computers
- Advantage : knowledge with Priority (ERP system) or SalesForce - advantage
- Advantage : Availability – immediately
