Job Description		Pre-Sale & System Engineer for an Hi-Tech company, Homeland security area The job includes responsibility of pre-sale of large scale projects located in emerging countries, Provide high level solution to customer requirements. Write customer requirements documents, high level technical solution documents, RFP responses, Scope of work documents for sub-contractors, etc. Job Requirements: Experience – 10+ Years professional experience including: At least 4 years of System engineering mainly in command and control centers At least 4 years experience in the Home Land Security or defense areas At least 2 years experience in RFP responses and proposals writings At least 4 years of product development in area of communication network and/or video surveillance. In-depth understanding of data communication network. In depth understanding of video Surveillance principles. Foreign citizenship (advantage) Languages – Must - Hebrew, English; Russian or Spanish an advantage Travel – Willing to travel intensively. Education – B.Sc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Compute
