Job Title   Operations Administrator  
 
Job Description   We are looking for experienced Operations Administer responsible for all aspects of the SaaS operations and internal IT aspects of the company.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of the SaaS operations, including:
•Operate cloud environment (Amazon Web Services) and physical hosted systems to support SundaySky’s customers
•Monitor the production environment and perform preemptive actions to prevent malfunctions
•Perform corrective actions to bring the production environment to a sustainable stable state
•Perform proactive actions to improve and utilize operational processes
•Be responsible for finding new solutions and platforms
•Lead and support internal and external projects

Responsible for internal IT aspects of the company, including:

•Internal network
•Dev/QA test and staging servers (Windows Server 2003, 2008R2)
•VMware ESX’s/VC
•Microsoft HV
•Maintain and operate build and versioning products

Required Skills:

•3+ years of experience in system administration (a must), and at a software startup (an advantage)
•Experience in Servers HW/installation
•Proficient in Windows OS administration (Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008/R2)
•Experience in virtualization Hyper-V, SCVMM administration and VMware VC
•SaaS operation experience – advantage
•Experience in administration and operation of SVN and build systems – advantage
•Experience building scripted installations for server products – advantage
•Proficient in various scripting languages, including Bash. Perl and PowerShell knowledge – advantage
•Networking knowledge – advantage
•Linux knowledge – advantage
•Strong execution mentality, self starter and strong team player.
