| Job Description | The company’s R&D teams are responsible for building the platforms that generate millions of engaging, personalized, real-time videos every month, as well as the tools and services used to design these video templates, measure them and automatically optimize them. As a team leader in our R&D department, you will lead a group of highly skilled software engineers tackling unique challenges combining dynamic motion graphics, mass-scale real-time video rendering, analytics and optimization. We are looking for leaders who can execute at the leading edge of technology. Responsibilities: • Manage an R&D team of 4-7 highly skilled professionals • Hands on technology management in an environment where you code as well as lead • Build Advanced Enterprise applications in a dynamic SaaS environment • Design and implementation of core and infrastructure components • Be part of the R&D management group Required Skills: • At least 3 years of experience in leading R&D teams • At least 6 years of experience with Java programming • Database knowledge (MySQL, MSQL, Oracle) • Motivated by advanced technological challenges • Creative problem-solving skills • Strong execution mentality, self-starter • Excellent team work skills • Bachelor of Science in computer science or similar. |
