||Support person who will answer English technical issues by sending emails to customers.
The role includes working with QA and the development department, as well as with product managers.
•Required: English mother tongue – writing and reading. The task includes writing help documents for products and providing solutions to customers in English only.
•Required: At least 1 year experience providing technical solution to customers.
•Required: In-depth technical knowledge in a Windows environment (System files, registry, system processes and files).
•Required: Familiarity with various support tools (LogMeIn, VMWare, TeamViewer, Zendesk).
•Advantage: Familiarity with various script languages (XML, AutoIt, Batchfiles).
