Job Title   Linux System Administrator – Production  
 
Job Description   Scope & Responsibilities:
•Routine maintenance, problem solving, and project implementation in IncrediMail Production Website environments (with a focus on the Linux environment) and System programs.
•Must be available for emergencies 24-7.

Education & Background:
•Required! At least 3 years experience as a Linus System Administrator

Required technical experience:
•Solutions delivery using open source components on Linux OS (implies knowledge of Linux internals, networking capabilities, console and server applications; RedHat / CentOS Linux expertise – advantage)

Required professional experience:
•System administrator with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a production environment.
•BSc in Computer Science is an advantage.
•Practical experience points with IP routing / IP firewall.
•Practical experience points with DNS / MAIL / VPN / HTTP.
•Practical experience points with backup and recovery.
•Practical experience points with shell scripting.
•Practical experience with one of the following: Perl / PHP / Python.
•Practical experience points with VMware.
•Practical experience points with Microsoft IIS.
•Practical experience with ASP / PHP / CGI an advantage.
•Practical experience with Nagios / Cactu / MRTG an advantage.

Skills & Competence:
•Significant advantage for applicants with experience in a web environment
