Position Description Company is seeking a team player to join and lead the Account Management department. The Account Management department is responsible for the connection with our top business clients and tailor-made solutions.
This includes the following: The Director of Account Management plays a critical role in maintaining excellent relationships with existing strategic clients to increase their business with company and their retention.
The role includes handling VIP accounts in terms of business and operational monitoring, onboarding new clients, integration help, revenue tracking and new opportunities within existing clients.
This is to be achieved through reactive, but mostly proactive communication with our VIP vendors. The Director of Account Management is responsible for the planning, successful execution and follow up for a diverse range of customers’ retention campaigns, and will also analyze data in order to make recommendations for next steps to improve results.
The suitable candidate is a self-driven individual with high planning and troubleshooting capabilities. Experience with defining policies and procedures, provide guidance and mentoring to the Account Managers – is going to be critical to this role. The candidate is expected to be energetic, well organized and a natural leader with a business-oriented approach. The Director of Account Management will also lead the team with their ongoing needs and goals – serve as a point of escalation, solving challenges, prioritizing actions and monitoring team resources so that customer deadlines and projects are met.
This position is a key role within company, and requires a lot of judgment, decision making and sensitiveness. The candidate will need to have the “company DNA” – positive thinking, creativity, responsibility, initiative and being a team player. Position Requirements B.A degree – Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or similar Must have at least 3 years’ experience with Account Management Managerial experience – actively and directly manage employees Experience in an e-Commerce /Internet company Extensive experience engaging with senior executives within large strategic customers Business orientated and excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication Technology background and understanding is essential Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Daily attendance at the office Sunday to Thursday. |
