||Company is seeking a Vendor Support representative for the Vendor Support team.
The position includes:
Assisting and supporting online vendors with integrating and maintaining the BlueSnap platform on the website online store
At least 1 year experience in technical Support – Tier 2 - advantage
Excellent English - written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
Team Player, Excellent communication skills, service oriented – a must
Experience in a Web based environment company – significant advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Professional attitude and goal-oriented work ethic
Ability to expand responsibilities to include technical related support issues, such as platform setups, answers to technical, payment and feature inquiries.
Knowledge of Affiliates world – advantage
Highly motivated, multitasking, organized, detailed, responsible, precise and committed.
Daily attendance at the office Sunday to Thursday.
