We make subscription sales both directly through its sales team and by overseas agents. It is now expanding its Israeli sales and account management team by recruiting additional full and part time representatives.
This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for highly motivated, talented individuals with fluency in one or more of English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and German to play key roles in the international expansion of a market leading, subscription-based, educational resource already used by leading universities in Israel and abroad.
Target countries and regions include: USA, Germany, Brazil and other countries in South America, France, Italy and Spain.
New sales and account managers will be based in the company’s office. Full training will be provided along with an excellent remuneration package (base plus commission).
Responsibilities: Signing up free trials and converting them to subscriptions. Developing long term relationships with client institutions and using knowledge and expertise to assist them to maximise use of the resource. Acting as the liaison between the subscriber and HST to ensure that the subscriber’s needs are addressed.
Requirements: One or more of English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian at mother-tongue level (Hebrew not required). Where English is not the mother tongue fluency in English is also required. Very good communication skills (written and spoken).
Sophisticated sales skills: Capable of gently promoting the resource throughout the approval process and closing the order. Creative thinker with high level of personal integrity, ability to relate to clients and potential clients and to create trust while building long term relationships. Highly motivated and persuasive individuals with willingness to work over the phone and through e-mails to get results. Academic Degree.
