Job Title		QA Assistant

Job Description		. Undertake internal audits as per the agreed schedule set by the Warehouse Manager / GM. . Maintain the QA program for the UN Missions. . Monitor and ensure compliance with site’s Food Safety program through internal auditing and reporting deficiencies to QA Manager. .Oversee the implementation of suggestions and preventative actions raised from the audits; . Ensure that all Inbound Stock is checked on arrival as per SOP’s and product meets compliancy on certification, packaging and conformity. . When required, raise necessary NCR documentation as per relevant SOP’s . Report audit score and findings to Senior Management after each audit conducted; . Assist in the development of the quality culture on site to increase employee awareness to factors that may compromise food safety through guidance and training; . Provide regular training – as directed by the QA Manager; • Ensure Warehouse Operations are in compliance with relevant customer contractual obligations and all publicised procedures and regulations to include Quality and Health and Safety • Reviewing existing procedures as directed by the General Manager recommending improvements and method of implementation • Perform other duties as may be reasonably requested by the General Manager.
