Job Description		A growing International online trading company, specializing in foreign exchange and financial derivatives trading- (FOREX & CFDs) is recruiting Customer Retention Person for French speaking Market to manage customer relations mainly via phone and internet. (Mother Tongue Mandatory) The job has sales and marketing aspects, as well as monitoring customer's accounts and retaining them. The position requires financial knowledge and keeping up with financial events in order to provide clients with relevant updates. Requirements: French - Mother Tongue (Good level of English) BA degree in Business Management / Economist / Finance Understanding of Financial/ Capital markets – a strong advantage! High preference will be given to candidates with experience in Trading room ( Banks) or in the field of Forex Full time job – Monday to Friday Full control of MS Excel + ability to analyze data and present conclusions.
