||Administrative Assistant - freelancer (osek murshe or osek patur)
Short term, paid, part-time position
Help with administrative tasks during the membership renewal season.
The work will include:
Processing payments (checks and credit cards), issuing receipts and preparing mailing envelopes, updating membership data, and associated recordkeeping.
The work will be 1-2 full days (or equivalent) a week for the months of December and January, possibly into February.
Times by coordination with the Treasurer.
- Fluent spoken Hebrew and English.
- Experience in handling credit card payments through a Caspit machine or similar.
- Basic computer skills - e-mail, Word/Excel, internet.
- Good telephone manner.
- Well organized and able to work independently (after training).
