||Account Specialist – Inside Sales for one of the top Tabletop rentals in the USA

Due to our growth, we are in need of a self-motivated Account Specialist who will work with our clients nationwide.
This Account Specialist will be a part of the call center team and will have the following responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests and needs through email, live internet chats, and
inbound and outbound calls to fulfill orders.
Conduct client prospecting calls to generate new business.
Ensure that each transaction is processed accurately.
Advise and guide customers on linen choices and be able to close the sale.
Maintain top notch customer service.
Associates Degree or higher a plus
Must have experience cold calling and prospecting for new business
A history of providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work late afternoon to late night or late night till early morning shifts.
Requires friendly, professional etiquette and courtesy in interfacing with customers
Proven ability to sell; at least 2 years of experience with inside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Requires attention to accurate detail and must be able to multitask
Ability to analyze situations and make decisions in a timely manner
Excellent documentation and recordkeeping abilities
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
Ability to speak Spanish or other languages a plus
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. MAS knowledge a plus
Experience working in the Event or Hospitality industries required
Must be able to fly to the US for a 10 day training.
Work will be done from a calling center.
