Job Description   Key Responsibilities:

Scientific and technical support in OTC product selection
Providing (incl. defining Target Product & Profiles for OTC products from the process formulation aspect). opportunities from the R&D perspective.
Conducting Due Diligences on product for OTC developments at our sites.
Supporting product strategy the R&D sites in their OTC development activities.
Supporting the development teams
Consolidating new ideas for OTC products from internal and external sources.

Job requirements:

Experienced (at least 5 years) in pharma R&D.
Required experience in R&D OTC dosage forms (incl. OSD, Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements, Liquids/Syrups, Creams and Ointments, Flavors and Odors)
Familiarity with Pharma/Analytical regulation and Legislation
Experience in managing contract developers - preferred
Education: scientific, with preference to pharmacist education.
Frequent travelling abroad is required
Fluent English - speaking, writing & reading
Must have strong presentation and communication abilities
Must have a good interrelationship skills.
Must have the ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of internal and external interfaces
Must be able to work on multiple projects with aggressive timelines
Must be able to work independently, without daily direction
