Job Description   Global Payments and payroll services, has an opening for Customer Service Representative (CSR).

If you have, outstanding communication skills, are assertive, well organized, can handle detail, can multi task, a team player and available full time morning/night shift; then where have you been?

The position requires handling Customer Support inquiries by live-chat, phone calls and emails.

• Mother-tongue level English (Hebrew is not a must)
• Good verbal and written skills
• Good knowledge of computers, Internet searching and Microsoft Office applications
• Quick learning
• Good communication skills
• Must be available Full Time 4-5 days per week
• Must be available for a long-term commitment (1 year)

Friendly work environment in which productivity, growth and open communication are greatly encouraged.

The position is on changing shifts:
Morning: 8:45am-5:00pm, Israel time
Evening: 4:30pm-12:00am, Israel time
Night: 12:00am-9:00am, Israel time

30 NIS per hour+ incentives+ benefits
35 NIS per hour after 6 months (following a performance review)
37.5 NIS per hour after 12 month (following a performance review)

2 References are required.
