An auto import company is looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to the VP - Business Development
The job includes:
*Organizing the daily schedule including effective and intelligent scheduling, arranging meetings and events *Follow up and supervision of company processes *Interfacing with multiple parties, arranging trips to ROW *Helping the VP with personal tasks *Prepare presentations in English and Hebrew, for events and advertising *Taking charge of various projects and subjects
Requirements:
BA/BS - required 2 years administrative experience (at least) working with management - required Fluent Hebrew and excellent English Rosh Gadol and multitasker Organizational ability, can make decisions and work under pressure Service oriented and great interpersonal relationships Willing to work long hours as needed
