A new binary options division is being established under an existing world leading trading company is recruiting Customer Retention People for the French/ English Markets to manage customer relations mainly via phone and internet. (French/ English Mother Tongue Mandatory)
The job has sales and marketing aspects, as well as monitoring customer's accounts and retaining them. The position requires financial knowledge and keeping up with financial events in order to provide clients with relevant updates.
Requirements:
• French/ English Mother Tongue (Good level of English)
• BA degree in Business Management / Economist / Finance
• Understanding of Financial/ Capital markets – a strong advantage!
• High preference will be given to candidates with experience in Trading rooms ( Banks) or in the field of Forex
• Full time job – Monday to Friday
• Full control of MS Excel + ability to analyze data and present conclusions |
