Description du poste		The Account Manager is primarily focused on the South American market. · Daily contact with clients (problem-solving, cross selling, “money-in” etc). · General administration and co-ordination of accounts. · Responsible for ordering, shipping and tracking of equipment/devices. · Involved in cross-selling and up-selling. · Responsible for compilation of Weekly Report of client status, and Weekly Focus Email outlining tasks and targets for Sales Managers. · Tracking and reporting funds that clients deposit into our account. · Plan and implement new initiates to increase profits. WHAT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION MUST THIS PERSON HAVE: · At least one year experience in account management or as a sales coordinator. · Computer literate (programs and internet). · Fluent spoken English and Spanish. WHAT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION WOULD BE AN ASSET TO THIS JOB: · Experience in Sales specific to the Reseller (Call-shop) client. · Experience in telecommunication industry · University degree. Working hours 12:00-21:00 Sunday to Thursday
