Qesem Consulting was founded in 2003 by Mia Urman, a 6 year veteran of Oracle Israel, who worked both in Oracle support and as a web technology guru. Qesem Consulting was established to help Oracle customers get high level technology consulting in the field of Oracle developer tools and Oracle Application Server. Qesem continues to provide technical project management, on-site developer training, installations, configurations, support and project development to customers in the Telecom, Government, Defence and Finance industries. |
