Is Aliyah a good time to consider a new career?Except in extreme conditions, the usual answer to this question is no.
There are so many things that change in a person’s life when making aliyah that if you can (at least initially) keep your career the same, it will reduce instability and make your absorption smoother.
After you have been in Israel for a while and have become acclimated to the local culture, you may indeed decide to try something different; you will then have the knowledge to proceed in a more intelligent manner.
